Present
Currently, I'm an Assistant Editor at Overtime, working on the docuseries One Shot: Overtime Elite for Amazon Prime Video. Season 2 in production, Season 1 now streaming.

Role: Assistant Editor

Syncing footage, creating stringouts, pulling selects, assisting with QC, creating and updating network deliverables

At Overtime, I also edit videos to be used for game broadcasts, in-arena content, and the company's YouTube. These assignments often overlap and have a quick turn-around, making me efficient in balancing projects and deadlines. I've also learned lots of new editing techniques from my colleagues!
Past
As a freelancer, I've done both assistant work (footage breakdown, organization) and editorial work (creatively editing videos). Here are some examples!
Clients Include: FORME, Orphan Edit, Brand Plew

Role: Assistant Editor

Footage breakdown, created stringouts based on storyboards

My previous full-time role was assistant editor at FORME, an at-home fitness company that produces its own content. I broke down footage, edited videos, and generally helped keep things organized.
Much of what I edited was content for FORME's "Studio," comprising of many types of workout classes, shot in multi-camera format. I also edited videos for marketing and social media, many of which can be seen below!

This section is for editing projects I've done on my own for fun and practice.

This is a spec trailer I made for the show My Brother, My Brother, and Me, now on VRV. For this video, I wanted to strike a balance between wordless scenes and comedy scenes so viewers could get a good feel of the show.

Highlights: Marketing, audio (balancing the music and voices, cutting the song to a useful length)

This is another spec trailer, this one for Disney's Newsies. I'm proud of the timing during the "strike!" chant, as well as how I was able to combine a small song from the show with another from the cast album and then trim the song down to trailer-length.

Highlights: Timing, audio, marketing
